Whether by fate or accident, I was born for business. In the first grade, I set up a table on the playground and sold hand-drawn portraits to my classmates for recess tokens. It wasn’t real currency, but it was real demand. I learned early how to create value, build a reputation, and market something people actually wanted. I’ve been doing it ever since.

I’m Kylie Hill, a marketing and sales-focused strategist graduating from Texas State University in May 2027. Trained within the #1 sales program in the world, I approach marketing through a performance-driven lens that blends storytelling, data, and relationship-building.

I bring a competitive, results-driven mindset as a 2x International Collegiate Champion, earning first place at the AMA International Elevator Pitch Competition and the International Collegiate Sales Conference Speed Selling Competition in 2025.

Currently, I serve as Director of Social Media at MyLeadGuys and Social Media Coordinator for the McCoy College of Business, where I lead digital initiatives across content strategy, video production, graphic design, campaign execution, and project management. My theatre training directly informs my marketing approach, strengthening my ability to understand audiences, craft compelling messaging, and perform in high-stakes environments. In parallel, I actively build and manage a personal brand reaching 90K+ on multiple platforms (@cordially.kylie), using social platforms as a real-time lab for creative strategy, brand voice, and conversion-focused content.
